My Lovely Jean, the denim brand from the same stable as American Retro and Zoe’s Tees, launches its new Autumn/Winter collection this weekend (2nd September 2008) at Topshop, in London’s Oxford Street.
Shoppers are in for a treat, as My Lovely Jean will be featured inside Topshop’s new premium denim area that also includes quality brands Sass and Bide, J Brand and Dittos.
My Lovely Jean’s new A/W 08 collection is about revamping retro styles, re-introducing the classic shape and glamour from 1960’s and 1970’s cuts. The collection includes the classic skinny, the high waisted cut, the off-duty boyfriend jean and the straight leg as well as the wide tailored leg and jackets.
The collection also comes in various washes and a number of colour options including mottled grey, bleached lightweight denim, vintage and washed-out blacks.
Since launching earlier this year My Lovely Jean has already generated an influential fan base amongst the British fashion, including the likes of Pixie Geldof, Alexa Chung, Agynes Deyn and Sienna Miller.
